This wine is a blend of hand picked fruit from six vineyards across the Marlborough region with yields ranging between 2.5 to 3 tonnes per acre.

Semi translucent, dark crimson red colour, with crimson mauve hue. Perfumed aromas of dark cherries, black raspberry, anise, cedar and spice delivering excellent intensity and varietal character. Light to medium weight with spicy flavours of dark cherry and anise, followed by some cedar and displaying a very good power wave. Soft, very fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of dark cherry, anise and spice.
