2009 Forest Hill Vineyard Block 1 Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with pale straw edges and watery hue. The nose is quite subdued with delicate aromas of lemon, lime and flinty mineral emerging. The palate displays a steely structure and excellent acid structure with flavours of lemon, mineral and lime followed by a flinty clean crisp acid finish. Long aftertaste of lemon, mineral and fresh lime. A Riesling built for the long term.
Cellar 5-6 years (2015-2016).
