Produced from Macabeo grapes. Bright pale straw colour with watery hue. Aromas of pear, white flowers, citrus and spice. The palate is quite light and dry but possesses good mouthfeel with flavours of pear, dried hay, citrus and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of spice, dried herbs and citrus.
