2009 Elderton Eden Valley Shiraz

Matured for 9 months in American oak puncheons this youthful Shiraz displays an opaque dark purple red colour with deep purple mauve hue. Aromas of blackberry, plum and confectionary. The palate displays good weight with flavours of freshly crushed blackberry and plum followed by a spicy confectionary back palate. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of blackberry, plum and blackpepper.
