Totally opaque, black crimson red colour with deep, dark crimson red hue. The nose displays lifted ripe blackcurrant and cassis aromas along with a hint of liquorice, some cedar and spice. Full bodied the palate is filled with rich, ripe blackcurrant flavours followed by some dark chocolate, liquorice and spice nuances. Velvet smooth tannins in combination with the rich, dark fruit give the wine an opulent mouthfeel. Long blackcurrant, dark mulberry, cedar and spice aftertaste.

Other Reviews….
Strong crimson-purple; a full-bodied, single vineyard cabernet with exemplary varietal expression; blackcurrant fruit is complexed by earthy tannins that will underwrite the development of the wine before softening as the flavours reach their peak. Drink by 2025.
