2009 Domaine William Fevre Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of pear, citrus and stoney mineral. Light across the palate but with good mouthfeel there are flavours of pear, stony mineral and a touch of citrus finishing with some light cashew like back palate characters. Clean crisp dry finish. Medium to long pear, stony mineral and cashew aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
