Brilliant straw colour with water like hue. The nose displays delicate refined notes of pear, citrus and spice with a light toast overlay. The palate displays flavours of pear, spice and cashew with a dry flinty finish. Aftertaste of biscuit, cashew, spice and mineral.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
