2009 Cofield Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple hue. Lifted aromas of ripe blackberry are to the fore followed by some dark plum, liquorice and spicy earth end notes. Full bodied the palate delivers generous blackberry, liquorice and dark plum flavours with a spicy back palate. Fine grained tannin structure. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackberry, dark plum and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
