2009 Claymore Wines You'll Never Walk Alone Grenache Mataro Shiraz

A blend of 53% Grenache, 33% Mataro and 14% Shiraz. Deep dark red colour with crimson red hue. The nose offers up aromas of ripe dark raspberry, plum, liquorice, confectionary and spice. Medium weight the palate is quite generous with flavours of dark ripe raspberry, plum and liquorice followed by a very spicy finish. Very fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark raspberry and spice followed by a touch of liquorice and earth.
Cellar 2-3 years (2014-2015).
