2009 Chalk Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with very deep dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant and dark cherry followed by some cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers flavours of ripe blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar and spice. Dry, slightly chalky tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
