Brilliant very pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge on the edges and water like hue. Aromas of citrus, herbaceous gooseberry and spice. The palate displays good weight and mouthfeel with flavours of herbaceous ripe gooseberry, citrus and mineral. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of gooseberry and citrus.
