2009 Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge and water like hue. Delicate grassy herbaceous aromas are followed by unripe gooseberry and unripe passionfruit. The palate is dry and delivers flavours of herbaceous unripe gooseberry, citrus and mineral with a clean crisp zesty finish. Herbaceous citrus, mineral aftertaste.
