Matured in a combination of American and French oak.Deep dark red colour with dark red hue.Aromas of stewed plum, mocha and vanillin oak. Medium to full bodied with flavours of liquorice, vanilla, sarsaparilla and a touch of spice. Soft fine grained tannins with aftertaste of liquorice, vanilla and spice.
