2009 Blue Pyrenees Cabernet Sauvignon

Outstanding opaque black purple colour with deep black purple hue. Aromas of blackcurrant, cedar and mulberry with a hint of mint as an end note. Medium to full bodied the palate displays flavours of blackcurrant, spice, mulberry and mint with some earthy cedar characters on the back palate. Dry, firm, slightly chalky tannins give the wine a chewy leathery like texture. Aftertaste of mulberry, mint and cedar.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
