2009 Bird in Hand Two In The Bush Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple hue. Aromas of blackberry, liquorice, confectionary and spice. The palate boasts perfectly ripened and very generous flavours of ripe blackberry, liquorice and confectionary with a light toast overlay and peppery back palate. Quite joosy with fine grained, slightly dryish but balanced tannins. Long aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and blackpepper.
Cellar 3-4 years (2014-2015).
