2009 Bird in Hand Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque, black crimson red colour with deep, dark red hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and mulberry are overlaid with some cedar and spice. The palate delivers good, rich, ripe fruit flavours whilst still being quite elegant in structure. Medium to full bodied with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice, cedar and spice. Very fine grained, perfectly balanced tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice and cedar.
