2009 Barossa Valley Estate Shiraz Tempranillo

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. The nose is quite perfumed with lifted scents of blackberry, liquorice and dark cherry emerging from the glass with a hint of toasty spice as an end note. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses generous flavours of liquorice and black cherry followed by some earth and spice. Quite dry on the finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of black cherry, liquorice and spicy earth.
Cellar 3-4 years.
