2009 Baileys of Glenrowan Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in French oak the wine displays an opaque black crimson colour with deep dark crimson red hue. Aromas of Morello cherry, black plum and cedar with a hint of spice as an end note. Medium weight the palate seems a touch under nourished by central Victorian standards and lacks depth. Flavours of dark cherry, blackcurrant and spice. Dry slightly firmish tannins with moderate aftertaste of ripe dark blackcurrant and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2014-2015).
