Opaque dark red black colour with dark red hue. The nose offers up scents of subtle blackcurrant, dark chocolate, leather, cedar and spice. Medium bodied the palate possesses plenty of rich ripe blackcurrant fruit followed by some chocolately cedar, a touch of earth and a very spicy back palate. Solidly built but fine grained tannins. Dryish finish with aftertaste of blackcurrant, earth and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
