2008 Waitiri Creek Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with crimson red mauve hue. The nose exhibits aromas of dark cherry, plum, anise and spice. The palate is quite rich with mouthfilling flavours of dark cherries and dark plum followed by a touch of anise and a spicy back palate. Good power wave. Velvet smooth tannins with medium to long aftertaste of dark cherry, dark plum and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2014-2015).
