2008 Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon

Maturation took place in French oak for 18 months. Opaque very deep dark crimson red black colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose shows good intensity with a classic Margaret River aromatic profile of ripe mulberry, blackcurrant, bay leaf, cedar and spice. Medium bodied the palate displays an elegant flavour profile of mulberry, blackcurrant and spicy tobacco leaf. Fine grained tannins – beautifully balanced. Good length with long aftertaste of mulberry, blackcurrant and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
