2008 Toolangi Estate Pinot Noir

Aged in French oak barriques for 9 months. Deep dark crimson red colour with brick red mauve hue. Perfumed scents of dark cherries, very ripe strawberries, a touch of game and spicy cedar. Possessing excellent richness and a soft supple texture the palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of ripe dark cherries and dark strawberries followed by a touch of anise and some spicy cedar. Velvet smooth tannins. Excellent power wave with long aftertaste of ripe dark cherry and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
