2008 Taylors Jaraman Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with a tinge of green and water like hue. The nose displays good intensity with aromas of rose petals, orange blossoms, lime and spice followed by just a touch of honey and toast. The palate is quite austere with a steel like structure. Flavours of citrus, mineral and orange rind with some toasty notes just starting to emerge on the back palate. Very dry clean finish with aftertaste of steely mineral, lime and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years to develop further complexity (2013-2014)
