2008 Tatty Bogler Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright crimson red colour with mauve hue. The nose displays lifted scents of violets, dark cherries, anise, cedar and a touch of spice. The palate does not quite possess the intensity of the nose being lighter bodied with flavours of dark cherries, anise and some spicy cedar on the back palate. Moderate power wave. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark cherry, light anise and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
