2008 Stonier Chardonnay

A very well made, fuller bodied style of Chardonnay
Bright straw colour with pale gold edges and pale straw hue. The nose displays good intensity with lifted aromas of white peach, light butterscotch, toast and roasted almonds followed by some spice end notes. Rich mouthflling favours of peach, spice and butterscotch followed by some toasty nougat like characters on the back palate. Creamy texture with excellent depth. Long aftertaste of peach, butterscotch, toast and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013)
