2008 Stanton & Killeen Jack's Block Shiraz

Opaque deep dark red colour with dark red mauve hue. The nose displays mocha top notes followed by some dark chocolate, liquorice and vanilla showing good lift. Full bodied and possessing a supple mouthfeel the palate delivers flavours of mocha, liquorice and vanilla followed by some dark chocolate and spice overtones. Velvet smooth tannins with long liquorice, mocha, vanilla and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
