2008 Spring Seed Wine Co. Four O'Clock Chardonnay

Certified organic this Chardonnay is bright pale straw colour in appearance with a slight greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of peach and tropical fruit followed by some cashew and spice as end notes. The palate displays good weight and mouthfeel with generous fruit driven flavours of peach, spice and tropical fruits. Good length. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of peach, tropical fruit and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
