2008 Skillogalee Basket Pressed Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackberry and liquorice followed by some dark chocolate and a trace of mint. The palate delivers rich blackberry and dark plum flavours followed by some dark chocolate, liquorice and spice. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark blackberry, dark chocolate, spice and earth.
Cellar 3-4 years (2015-2016).
