2008 Sharmans Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Aromas of dark cherry, plum and confectionary with a touch of spice. The palate displays excellent weight and richness with spicy plum, anise and cherry flavours dominate followed by some confectionary and cedar with the spiciness persisting. Fine grained, slightly dry tannins with long aftertaste of cherry and spice. A joosy spicy Pinot.
