Near opaque dark red mauve colour with dark red mauve hue. Aromas of blackberry, liquorice and spice with a light earth overlay. Medium weight the palate displays flavours of blackberry and black cherry with some liquorice and spice on the back palate. Very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, spice and black cherry.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
