2008 Red Edge Degree Shiraz

Included in this Shiraz is 6% Mourvedre and 3% Riesling. Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of liquorice allsorts, dark chocolate, vanilla and spice. Full bodied the palate delivers opulent flavours of liquorice, dark chocolate, ripe dark plum and spice. Fine grained velvety tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, dark plum and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
