Opaque black crimson colour with very deep crimson red hue. The nose displays youthful aromas of freshly crushed blackcurrant, dark cherry and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers generous flavours of ripe blackcurrant, black cherry and spice with a toasty charred oak overlay that is a little too prominent. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice and toasted oak.
