2008 Pondalowie Vineyards Vineyard Blend

A blend of Shiraz, Cabernet and Tempranillo. Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with very deep black dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of black raspberry, dark plum, liquorice and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate displays plenty of spice along with generous flavours of dark raspberry, plum, liquorice and light toast. Slightly dryish tannins but balanced with the copious volumes of fruit. Medium to long aftertaste of dark raspberry, liquorice, dark plum and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2015).
