2008 Plunkett Fowles Stone Dwellers Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque crimson black colour with crimson red hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice, plum and confectionary. Full bodied with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, cedar, dark chocolate, liquorice allsorts and confectionary. A very rich and ripe Strathbogie Cabernet Sauvignon. Very fine grained tannin structure – almost velvet-like. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice and cedar.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
