2008 Pertaringa Undercover Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with very deep dark crimson red hue. Perfumed aromas of blackberry and dark plum are followed by some liquorice and confectionary notes. Full bodied with a soft round fleshy and opulent texture, the palate displays very generous ripe flavours of dark plum, chocolate, blackberry and liquorice followed by a touch of spice. Velvet smooth tannins with aftertastes of dark chocolate, blackberry and spice.
