2008 Pepper Tree Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with deep dark crimson red black hue. Perfumed aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry followed by some cedar and a mint chocolate end note. Medium to full bodied the palate displays flavours of ripe blackcurrant, chocolate mint, cedar and spice. Excellent length. Very fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cedar and mint.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
Alc 14.5%
