Bright straw colour with watery hue. Aromas of pear, spice and citrus followed by some mineral end notes. The palate displays flavours of pear, wet slate and citrus with a dry crisp minerally finish. Aftertaste of pear, citrus and mineral.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2010-2014).
