2008 Patrick Piuze Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Cote de Bouqueyreaux

Bright pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose is a little reserved at first but opens up to reveal delicate aromas of pear, spice and cashew followed by a hint of honeyed lemon as an end note. The palate displays excellent concentration and mouthfeel with flavours of pear, citrus, cashew, biscuit and mineral. Clean dry finish with long aftertaste of pear, citrus, spicy cashew and mineral.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
