2008 Paradise IV Chaumont

The wine is produced from a blend of Bordeaux varieties along with a small amount of Shiraz. Totally opaque black deep purple colour with deep black purple red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice and blackberry with a toasty overlay and a hint of spice. Medium to full bodied with an impressive level of richness, the palate displays flavours of blackcurrant, cedar and blackberry with some spice on the back palate. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years (2014-2015).
