2008 Outlook Hill Vineyard Gold Leaf Reserve Cabernet Merlot

Matured in a mix of new and seasoned oak barriques for 2 years. Deep dark red colour with dark red crimson hue. The nose displays perfumed aromatics of blackcurrant, dark mulberry, cedar and spice. Medium weight the palate is quite generous with flavours of blackcurrant and mulberry dominate followed by some earthy cedar and spice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe mulberry, cedar, earth and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2015-2016).
