2008 Nocton Park Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with mauve red hue. The nose presents scents of cherry, raspberry and strawberry followed by some light cedar. Light weight and relatively simple the palate displays flavours of cherry and raspberry followed by some dried meat characters with a spicy back palate. Dry finish with slightly chalky tannins. Moderate aftertaste of cherry and spicy dried meats.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
