2008 Narkoojee Sparkling Harriet Chardonnay

This is the first release of a Sparkling Chardonnay from Narkoojee and it’s a very good first up effort. Excellent white creamy mousse with very good hold. Pale straw base colour with exceptionally persistent and very fine bead. Delicate aromas of biscuit, cashew and lees followed by a hint of toast as an end note. The palate is quite dry and displays excellent length with a creamy texture. Flavours of cashew, yeast lees and delicate creamy white peach. Long aftertaste of cashew, biscuit and a hint of nougat.
