2008 Mommessin Vieilles Vignes Beaujolais-Villages

Semi translucent dark crimson mauve colour with deep mauve hue. Subtle aromas of cherry, spice and earth. Light in body weight and also flavour the palate displays some sour cherry, earth and spice characters. Dry finish with fine grained slightly chalky tannins. Moderate aftertaste of spicy sour cherry and earth.
Drink over the next 2 years (2010-2012).
