Totally opaque, saturated black crimson colour with black heart and very deep, black dark crimson red hue. Aromas of very ripe blackcurrant, black plum, liquorice and spice. Full bodied the palate displays generous flavours of ripe blackcurrant, spice and liquorice that finish a little abruptly. Fine grained, slightly dryish tannins with moderate aftertaste of liquorice, blackcurrant and spice.
