Pale straw colour with a green tinge on the edges and watery hue. Aromas of orange blossom, lime and spice followed by a touch of honey. The palate lacks the intensity and concentration that European and Canadian ice Rieslings are capable of delivering. Flavours of lime, honey and orange blossom with soft acidity – a touch broad. Aftertaste of lime, honey and orange blossom.
