2008 Linfield Road Wines The Black Hammer Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque deep dark red colour with dark brick red hue. Raisiny and black plum aromas are followed by some dark chocolate and vanillin oak. The palate is quite fat and filled with sweet ripe flavours of black plum and liquorice with some raisiny overtones followed by some vanillin spice. Soft velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, black plum, raisins and vanillin spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
