2008 Kooyong Estate Chardonnay

Retasted 14/04/2011:
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose displays good lift with top notes of cashew and delicate nectarine followed by some spicy toasted oak notes. Medium bodied and light on it’s feet the palate delivers flavours of nectarine and delicate white peach followed by some cashew and spice characters on the back palate. Clean dry finish. Good length with medium to long aftertaste of cashew, white peach and spicy oak.
Cellar 2-3 years (2013-2014).

Bright, pale straw colour with greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose displays delicate notes of white peach, cashew, spice and nougat. Elegant palate flavours of white peach, cashew and spice with a very light toast overlay. Clean, dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, spice and cashew.
