2008 Hurley Vineyard Hommage Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright crimson mauve colour with mauve crimson hue. The nose is slightly more subdued than the Lodestone displaying aromas of dark cherries, spice, anise and cedar. Light to medium weight the palate does not quite possess the power of the Lodestone and is a touch drier. Flavours of dark cherries, strawberry and spice. Good power wave with fine grained slightly dryish tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherry, spice and cedar.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
