2008 Greenock Creek Apricot Block Shiraz

Totally opaque black crimson colour with very deep dark red hue. The nose displays good intensity with top notes of liquorice allsorts and dark chocolate which are followed by some dark plum and vanillin oak notes. Full bodied with a very supple velvet like texture, the palate displays opulent flavours of liquorice allsorts, dark plums, confectionary and vanillin spice with no heat present on the finish. Silky smooth tannins with aftertaste of dark chocolate, liquorice and vanillin spice.
