2008 Geoff Hardy Hand Crafted Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with dark red hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and plum are followed by some dark chocolate and a touch of cedar. Full bodied the palate displays a flavour profile at the darker end of the spectrum with flavours of ripe blackcurrant and dark chocolate followed by some cedar. Very fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of dark chocolate, cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
